Bill Kelly, President has over 30 years of experience and oversees the day-to-day operations. Bill has an MBA degree from San Diego State University and is a graduate of multiple programs related to concrete testing and repair, as well as Architectural / Decorative concrete design.

Jeff Bline manages the daily field operations using his 20 years of experience with customer interactions.
